There could be many situations where you can face issues, such as your Kaspersky app not opening or working properly. This happens when there is a technical problem with your printer or the program is not updated to the current version. If you are facing this problem, then below are two steps you can follow to resolve the issue. 

Method 1: Restart the Computer

  . Select the Windows start button and select the power icon on the bottom right side.

  . After that, select the Restart option. 

  . Now, wait for your system to turn back on. 

Method 2: Reinstall Kaspersky

  . Firstly, you should click on the Windows search bar, search for "Control Panel," and open it.

  . Go to View By to set it on Category and click Uninstall a Program. 

  . Now, look for the Kaspersky program, right-click on it, and click Uninstall/Change.

  . Furthermore, it will start uninstalling the program.

  . Next, head to the web browser and visit the official Kaspersky website.

  . Select "Download Now," then scroll down and click "Download Now" again.

  . Launch the downloaded file, select the installation language, and click Continue.

  . Select Continue again to proceed.

  . Choose your options in the Everything is Ready for Installation window and click Install.

  . Click on Yes in the User Account Control window.

  . Now, the process of downloading and installing the application will start; it can take a while to complete. 

  . Look at the settings options in the Recommended window and click Apply.

  . Select Done once the application has been successfully installed.

  . Now, see if your Kaspersky program has not started.
