• Then, you need to right-click the ESET Uninstaller file and select Copy.

• After that, select Desktop, right-click, and click Paste.

• Furthermore, click the Windows start icon, click the power button, press the Shift key, and select Restart to restart in Safe Mode.

• Once you get the Choose an Option screen, click Troubleshoot, then select Advanced Options.

• Next, you are required to choose Startup Settings, click Restart, then press 5 on your keyboard to Enable Safe Mode with Networking.

• Now, wait for your computer to restart. 

• After that, you need to enter your password to log into Windows. 

• Enter cmd in the Windows search bar and click Run as Administrator in the Command Prompt app result.

• When you are in the Command Prompt window, type in cd desktop.

• In addition, type esetuninstaller.exe in the next line and wait for it to run.

• When the new window opens, enter y and wait for it to scan.

• Type the number next to the product you want to uninstall, then enter y again to proceed.

• Enter any key to exit once the uninstallation process has finished successfully.

• Furthermore, push the Windows start button, select the power icon, and click Restart to restart the computer.

• When the system is back online, you should click the Windows search bar, search for the ESET product to verify the uninstallation.
