How to Uninstall Sophos Endpoint Windows/Mac?

On Mac

  . Firstly, you should disable the temper protection on your device; for that, access the Sophos Central Dashboard and select the Endpoint Protection option. 

  . Next, choose Computers and then click on the Mac system option. 

  . Then, move down to the Tamper Protection section and choose Disable Tamper Protection. 

  . Now, on your Mac system desktop click on the magnifying glass (search) icon; it will open the Spotlight on your device. 

  . Type Remove Sophos Home in the search bar and select the application option from the result. 

  . You can also download the removal tool from the official website if it does not appear in the open page. 

  . On the welcome screen, select the Continue option. 

  . When you see a prompt, type the User password and then select Install Helper. 

  . Henceforth, the system will start to uninstall the Sophos product. 

On Windows

  . Before moving with the uninstallation process you first need to disable the Temper Protection. For that, go to the Sophos Central Dashboard and click on the Endpoint Protection option. 

  . Next, from the left panel, select Computers and choose your system OS. 

  . Then, head to the Temper Protection field and click on Disable Tamper Protection. 

  . Moreover, go to the Windows search section, type control panel, and then open it. 

  . After that, click on the Programs and Features options. 

  . On the open page, choose Sophos Home product and select the Uninstall button. 

  . Furthermore, you need to choose the Yes option in the open User Account Control window to proceed. 

  . In the Sophos Home prompt, select Uninstall, and it will start uninstalling.
